Acceptance

By creating an account or using INTERNSHIFT, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

If you use the platform for an employer, you confirm you are authorised to act for that organisation.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to create a candidate account.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You may hold only one account per role unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, and revoke affected sessions from your security settings.

Candidate commitments

• Represent your own skills, education, and experience truthfully.
• Submit only evidence you are entitled to share.
• Do not misuse employer contact channels.

Employer commitments

• Publish only genuine opportunities you are authorised to offer.
• State compensation accurately and never request payment from candidates.
• Use candidate data only to assess the application you received.
• Apply lawful, non-discriminatory selection criteria and keep a human decision-maker accountable.
• Respond to candidates within a reasonable period and keep application stages accurate.

Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the features you use.

The platform, its software, and its brand remain our property.

No guarantee of outcome

We provide a marketplace and workflow tools. We do not guarantee employment, selection, applicant volume, response times, or hiring outcomes. Verification badges describe what was checked and are not an endorsement or a safety guarantee.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or that presents a safety or fraud risk. Where appropriate we will give a reason and an appeal route.

You may close your account at any time from your privacy settings.

Liability

The platform is provided without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits arising from platform use.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Governing jurisdiction pending. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
